Boy ~ 1-01 repaired cleft lip/palate and repaired hernia.
Boy ~ 3-04 repaired cleft lip.
Boy ~ 5-08 left limb deformity & cacotrophy.
Boy ~ 3-09 cleft lip and palate & small ASD.
Boy ~ 5-05 recovered brachial plexus injury.
