These children are Special Focus Children on the Shared List of the CCAA Waiting Child Program. Families interested in pursuing Special Focus children have six months to compile their dossier.

Liam – February 2005
Liam’s special need is arthrogryposis.
Meet this smiley and chatty little boy with a huge heart. He loves to snuggle and uses his good manners. Liam can ride a bike and a scooter and loves to race around the courtyard with the other boys. Liam is a bright, confident little boy who loves learning new things in school.
What an adorable little girl. Lexi is very kind, patient and polite. Lexi is quite the girly-girl and enjoys every opportunity to try on new outfits and have her hair done. She is a cuddle bug and loves to give and receive hugs and kisses. Lexi is a good singer and her speech is very clear.
Here is one cute and lovable little boy. He loves to participate in school activities and works hard to develop his fine motor skills, do puzzles, learn numbers, colors and shapes. Landon is a very active little guy who loves to ride the bike and the scooter, jump on the trampoline and run around. He is quite the helper around the house and loves to be in the middle of the action.
This is a beautiful, intelligent young lady. She recently celebrated her 8th birthday and enjoyed the party and all of the attention. She keeps her room very neat and loves to play Barbies. Amy does really well in school and takes schoolwork quite seriously. She is a confident reader, has learned to write letters and short paragraphs and writes a diary. She also is quite good in math. Amy is our resident spicy girl and loves all her food spiced up with hot chill!
