William waits for his family.
He was born in June 2000 and was taken to the orphanage in August of 2001. William has been in foster care since November 2005 until now. William is obviously a very handsome and serious young fellow. He is described as a very good student who especially loves Chinese writing and composition, math and reading.

An Orphan’s Wish is advocating for William because, although he is not currently in the care of An Orphan’s Wish, he was treated several years ago by their team before the House of Love was established. William still has a place in their hearts and they hope to help him find his Forever Family.
