This beautiful little girl is six years old and said to be extroverted, active and restless. Jolie is stated to have good communication skills, can express herself well and gets along well with other children. Her file states that she has, “Good physical and mental development, similar with other children of her age.” Precious Jolie was sent to public kindergarten last year and is said to have improved study habits. She is said to like to sing and dance. Sweet girl! Her special needs are listed as “congenital missing of both palms” and high RBC.

Update from 1/14/15: “They haven’t seen any problem caused by her high RBC. They can bring her to do a blood test again next week if necessary. Second, her mental and physical development is very well. She goes to local kindergarten and learns the same thing as other normal children. Her only issue is her SN.”
