Haden enjoys making and designing things, tools and gadgets, and is quick to smile. Here is a picture of Haden writing and drawing – He took a book and added pictures to the story. He also built the toothpick house you see! Both of these kids are very creative!

Hazel is alert, observant, and a talented artist with dimples that shine when she smiles. Here is a picture of her with her beautiful work.

Both of these siblings are good students and want to be adopted by parents who will love them. Haden and Hazel contracted HIV from their mother at birth. HIV carries heavy stigma in their country and severely limits their opportunities for education, work, and even causes their blood relatives to be too fearful to care for them. HIV is a manageable chronic illness that is very hard to contract– don’t let it scare you!

These siblings must be adopted together and are listed with Holt and live in a phenomenal HIV group home. Please contact their advocate for more information.

Is there any way to follow the story of these two? I am praying for them to find a family and would like to see their story unfold if possible! They seem so precious.

And I know this is odd, but how can I help? I’m an 18 year old with a passion for orphans, and would love to help advocate for kids like Haden and Hazel, but don’t know how to start.

Thank you so much for the work that you do. Praise God that He has ambassadors to speak up for those who cannot speak up for themselves!
