Waiting to be Chosen: Annabelle

Oh my.

Meet Miss Annabelle.

This sweet baby girl is just one year old, and new to the list at HIC. Annabelle came to the orphanage when she was nine months old, and was found to have Down syndrome, and a CHD (ASD – report is in her file). You can read more about Down syndrome adoption on NHBO here.

Annabelle was placed with a foster family, and they adore her… as does everyone else she meets. Annabelle has the delays typically seen with a child who has Down syndrome. Her foster Grandma works with her to improve her motor skills.

Annabelle is active, social, and a very happy baby girl. She will surely have her new family wrapped around her finger in no time!

There is a $4,000 agency grant toward her agency fees. Learn more about Annabelle by visiting HIC’s website here.

If Miss Annabelle has found her forever home perhaps there is another child waiting to be loved by us. We currently have 3 foster children 1 14 yr old boy, 2 girls 13 &12.
