Oliver is an adorable little toddler boy who is waiting for a family to call his own. He was born November of 2013.

In his medical file, he is listed as has having post-operative congenital cataract as well as being diagnosed with bilateral hearing loss and chronic otitis media. However, he received surgery for Cochlear Implants in February 2016 while in the care of his orphanage.

He is described as an active little guy, as having a ready and friendly smile, is fond of imitating others and enjoys playing with a variety toys. He is closest to his caretaker. He is able to hold a pen with a full hand and scribble, walks alone steadily, and is able to put blocks into a cup.
