Waiting to be Chosen: Andre

July 2, 2017 Children Who Wait 0 Comments

Meet Andre. Isn’t he adorable?

Andre is said to be a bit timid, enjoying quiet activities over super-active play. He gets along well with his nannies and peers. He enjoys watching TV and listening to music. He will often hum along to the tune. He is described as very smart and quite verbal. He can speak in complete sentences and asks lots of questions. He can dress himself and feed himself. He was born July 2013 and is currently listed with AAC.

Andre is diagnosed with penile dysplasia, bilateral cryptorchidism (possibly missing right testicle) and possibly a form of thalassemia. He is otherwise doing very well and will make one lucky family incredibly blessed!

If you would like to review Andre’s file, please complete AAC’s eligibility application. Please make sure to mention the child’s name in the appropriate section of the form. If you have any questions, please contact Nicole Brown at 970-775-4683. You may also email AAC’s Waiting Child Advocate.
