Eddie turns six years old this March. Eddie’s listed special need is “mild development delay,” however his facial features may be indicative of Down Syndrome. Eddie’s adoption file was prepared when he was just two years old, he is now almost five and still waits for a family of his very own. At the time his file was prepared, he lived with a foster family in Eastern China and attended special programs at the orphanage during the day run by Half the Sky. He needs an update which a family interested in pursuing him could easily obtain.
