Theo was placed in his foster family at birth in May of 2014. He was born blind, and has had two eye surgeries in December 2014 and September 2015. Due to his blindness he is not as comfortable with new people, but he enjoys being held and interacting with his foster mother. He can walk against objects and stand up without help. His language and recognition skills are delayed because of the primary diagnosis (blindness). He imitates words, has good dexterity, and laughs and claps when playing.
