We are Sean and Leslie Masterson. My husband and I are in full-time ministry here in the Midwest. Five years ago, we welcomed our first adopted treasure into our family. From the moment we first held our Jillian, we knew we would adopt again.
Having a front row seat to watching God restore our amazing daughter after years of trauma, neglect, and isolation was something we knew we wanted to experience again and again. Much to our delight God has led us on this journey three more times in the last five years.
Currently, we are fundraising for our fourth adoption. We are anxiously paper chasing a little one who is deaf, and has cognitive delays.
Her name will be Ellie Grace, and she just turned two. We have PA (pre-approval) for our precious girl, and just finished our home study!
During our third adoption, we were led to the verse in 1 John 4 that reminds us.. we love because he first loved us. We loved this picture of our being able to love and care for another precious daughter with special needs because of Jesus’ great love for us. So, in 2014 the “adopt one more loved” logo was born and used to fundraise for our third adoption.
We are again using the “adopt one more loved” logo with the verse 1 John 4:19 on the back to fundraise for our Ellie Grace’s adoption. We are selling t-shirts in pink, gray, royal, and red.
One of the things that I love about being in this glorious adoption community is that there are so many one more loved stories out there. Many of your children are thriving in your families, and we love to share the names of as many as we get submitted on the back of our shirts as a testimony to the many children who are now home in loving families. If you want to include the name of your child(ren), please email me directly at email@example.com with your child’s first and middle name. I will include them on our shirt list.
If you would like to order a shirt with your child(ren)’s name(s) listed, we would be so blessed. They are $20 shipped and make great gifts for Christmas. You can order shirts and read more about this project, our family, and our newest daughter on our blog.
If you are a currently fundraising to bring home your child from China and would like to an opportunity to share your story on No Hands But Ours, complete the form here.
