Meet Frannie!

Frannie, born July 2015, has immensely adorable chubby cheeks. When WACAP workers visited this cute little girl in April 2016, caregivers said she was an easy baby who didn’t have a temper. At that time, she could lay on her tummy and hold her head up. As of October 2016, she is now able to roll over and crawl on her hands and knees! She has started babbling too and tries to imitate words. Frannie is diagnosed with Down syndrome, and also had surgery in August 2016 for her congenital heart defect (PDA). Her caregivers say she’s fairly extroverted and that she is close to the other kids as well as the nannies at the orphanage. This precious toddler enjoys looking in the mirror and listening to music. Frannie needs a family to give her one on one attention and love, to grow and learn.

Frannie’s file is currently with WACAP through a partnership. She is designated as Special Focus. She has a $4,000 grant available to families who qualify. For more information, please email WACAP.
