Waiting for You: Leo

May 8, 2017 Children Who Wait 0 Comments

Two and a half year old Leo is a huggable, happy little boy! Leo is a Special Focus (SF) child listed on Agape Adoptions’ individual list.

Leo’s Chinese name was given to him “in the hopes that he can soar to great heights just like a bird.” Leo is an outgoing little boy who has a ready smile and is always observing everything around him. Leo eats and sleeps well throughout the night. He eats all kinds of foods but he has an especially big sweet tooth! He likes to watch TV, particularly cartoons. Leo is a curious boy, and loves to play with new toys and figure out how they work. What he likes to do most is to play games with his caregivers and other children in the orphanage. When he is happy, Leo will give a laugh and give a hug to other children, always with a bright smile on his face. His caretakers say he is happy every day, and that his innocence brings a lot of joy to everyone. Leo can crawl, stand on his own, and walk holding onto rails. Leo is developing his fine motor skills well, and can pick up small objects with his fingers, scribble with a pen, and imitate drawing lines.

Leo has been diagnosed with non-functional left kidney, bilateral double kidney, Post-operative severe vesicoureteric reflux, and epilepsy. This lovely little boy needs a family who can care for his medical needs and give him the love that he’s been waiting for! Could Leo come home to your family?
