Below is a recent photo after surgery discharge. This petite little girl is adorable and needs a family. Poppy has already spent too much of her life in a hospital without a family. She has had heart surgery and can walk, run and play outside. She likes puzzles and playing with beads. She can use chopsticks to pick up peanuts. She is described as having good fine motor skills! She likes to actively greet people and will talk to adults and children.
