Jayden has been diagnosed with atresia of left ear canal and deformity of right auricle. Jayden’s special needs do not affect his hearing; he can hear well and he speaks in full sentences. He was found abandoned when he was 6 months old and lived in an orphanage for the following three years. He now lives with a foster family while he waits for a permanent family of his own.
Jayden is described as an active and playful little boy. He would love to play games outside all day if he could! He gets along well with others and although he can be shy at times, he loves to play games with the other children. Jayden has excellent self-care skill and is an independent little boy- he can get dressed, feed himself and use the bathroom independently. Although Jayden loves his foster family, it is not a permanent solution and he needs a loving forever family.
