Our dossier is in China and we are hoping to be matched via the shared list tonight, but are worried our agency –also located in Eastern PA– may lose power tonight and not be able to match anyone!
I need help in locating an agency that will help me with the adoption of a child from New Day Foster Home. It seems so far the agencies I have contacted aren’t jumping up and down saying they will help. It sounds crazy but this girl has chosen me, and I feel I need to do what I can to persue this adoption.
Anyone out there have recommendations for finding her file?
