Waiting for You: Vance

March 30, 2018 Children Who Wait 0 Comments

Vance is a beautiful boy with a gorgeous smile, born in July of 2016. He was diagnosed as having inversion of both hands, inversion of both feet, congenital subluxation of left hip joint, and growth development delay. Vance can sit and roll over independently. He actually started rolling to get what he wants instead of crawling.

In July of 2017, Vance entered a foster family on the grounds of the orphanage. He enjoys playing games, playing with toys with his friends in the activity room, outdoor activities, and spending time with his foster mom.

Vance is described as shy and helpful. He is good at putting toys away when it’s time to clean-up and he also likes imitating dances he sees on television. Vance is getting great care while he waits for his forever family to bring him home!

Vance is listed with Madison Adoption Associates and is from an orphanage MAA formerly partnered with. There is a $500 agency grant for Vance’s adoption with Madison Adoption Associates. Other grants may be available based on the adoptive family’s circumstances. Agency grants are awarded as agency fee reductions. MAA also partners with the Brittany’s Hope Foundation for matching grants, which are given out twice a year January and July) and to families that are officially matched with a child.

Vance needs a family with an approved home study to be able to hold his file or move forward with adopting him. If you have an approved home study or a home study in process and are interested in adopting Vance, please fill out a free PAP Waiting Child Review Form.
